BSP Governor Benjamin E. Diokno said: “With this program, we are not only able to train future central bankers, but also share with them the relevance and impact of BSP within the context of the Philippine society.”

The program is open to individuals with master’s degrees in: Communications, Economics, Finance, Statistics/Mathematics, Data Science, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related courses.

The BSP said qualified applicants will be hired as “Central Bank Associates” and will undergo training, onboarding, and mentoring.
